Returns & Exchanges
You have 7 days from delivery to return or exchange your band. Return shipping is free — we cover it.
What qualifies
- Wrong size or compatibility: we'll exchange it for the correct version at no cost.
- Defective or incorrect item: entirely our responsibility. We replace it free of charge.
- Change of mind: accepted within 7 days if the band is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
What doesn't qualify
- Bands that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use
- Requests made more than 7 days after delivery
- Minor scuffs to outer packaging where the band itself is undamaged
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp at +961 70 886 306 with your order number and, if the item is damaged or incorrect, a photo. We'll confirm next steps within a few hours and arrange collection at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned band, we'll confirm approval and issue your refund through the same method you paid with. Please allow a few business days for it to appear.
Order cancellation
Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to stop it before dispatch.
Not sure about sizing?
Check our Watch Guide before ordering, or send us a photo of your watch on WhatsApp and we'll confirm the right fit. This prevents most returns entirely.
